The 2022 RideLondon festival of cycling includes four mass participation events, all taking place on Sunday 29 May.

Headlining the four mass participation rides is the RideLondon-Essex 100, a 100-mile challenge that starts and finishes in central London and covers a stretch of rural Essex in between. The RideLondon-Essex 60 and 30 are shorter iterations of the RideLondon-Essex 100, while the family-oriented RideLondon FreeCycle covers an eight-mile loop of the capital and features four fun, activity-filled Festival Zones. 

All four routes are new for 2022 and held on traffic-free roads.
