Listed below are the key dates for charities for the Ford RideLondon-Essex 100. Be sure to check back regularly as forthcoming dates are subject to change.

September 2022

• Monday 12 September: we held our webinar and shared details on  how charities could get involved in the 2023 Ford RideLondon-Essex 100
• Tuesday 13 September: charities could start requesting places and advertising opportunities in the 2023 event
• Monday 19 September: the deadline to request a charity listing on the general and ballot entry form was at noon
• Monday 26 September: the deadline to request charity places and a feature charity listing on our website was at noon
• Tuesday 27 September: charity places in the 2023 event were confirmed
• Wednesday 28 September: the first 10,000 general entries in the 2023 event went on sale
• Friday 30 September: the first 10,000 general entries sold out and the 2023 Ford RideLondon-Essex Ballot opened

November 2022

• Tuesday 1 November: the 2023 Ford RideLondon-Essex Ballot closed at 17:00
• Tuesday 8 November: the results of the 2023 Ford RideLondon-Essex Ballot were announced
• November: charities received their consoles

April 2023

• Thursday 27 April: charity consoles will close at 16:00

May 2023

• Sunday 28 May: Ride Day!
