Your ride will start between 06:00 and 09:30 at Victoria Embankment. Access to the Start will be via Parliament Square.

Participants will be notified of individual start arrival times by email three weeks before Event Day.

All riders in the Ford RideLondon-Essex 30, 60 and 100 events have eight-and-a-half hours to complete the ride from the departure of the last start wave. For the 100-mile ride, this equates to an average of 12 miles per hour.

Please note it is not possible to change your allocated start arrival time.

Riders must plan travel carefully to ensure they arrive at the Start in good time for their assigned start arrival time. No riders will be able to start after the last wave at 09:30.

An Event Guide will be sent to all participants in early May, which will detail the start procedures. All participants will also receive regular e-newsletters during the lead-up to the event.
