Le Col to Become Official Apparel Partner of Ford RideLondon

London Marathon Events and Le Col have agreed a three-year deal for the high-performance cycling clothing brand to become the official apparel partner of Ford RideLondon from 2024 until 2026.

The deal will see Le Col develop an exclusive line of Ford RideLondon cycle wear as well as the leaders’ jerseys for the Ford RideLondon Classique, the UCI Women’s WorldTour stage race that is part of the world’s greatest festival of cycling.

Yanto Barker, founder of Le Col, said: “We are delighted to be working with Ford RideLondon as the official apparel partner for the next three years. Ford RideLondon is a phenomenal event that brings together tens of thousands of people and aligns strongly with our values of opening up cycling to as many people as possible.

“The work on our exclusive line of Ford RideLondon apparel as well as the leaders’ jerseys for the Ford RideLondon Classique has already started and we can't wait to unveil them.”

Hugh Brasher, London Marathon Events Event Director, said: “Le Col is the perfect partner for Ford RideLondon and we are very much looking forward to working with them for the next three years. Le Col is renowned for being a world-leading cycling clothing brand dedicated to continuous improvement that very much aligns with our ethos for Ford RideLondon, the world’s greatest festival of cycling.

“Le Col, like us, is committed to broadening the appeal of cycling and to get more people from all backgrounds on bikes and we are looking forward to working together to continue that journey.”

The Le Col Ford RideLondon range will include two levels of jerseys and bib, rain jackets and gilets, and be available to purchase in the spring, giving plenty of time for participants in the Ford RideLondon-Essex 100, 60 and 30-mile challenge rides to use the kit on their training rides.

Entries for the Ford RideLondon-Essex 100 cost £99 and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Entries for the Ford RideLondon-Essex 60 are also open and cost £65. To enter either of the events, click here.

London Marathon Events, the organisers of Ford RideLondon, also supports the annual Black Unity Bike Ride in London, an event for which Le Col also produces a range of cycle clothing.
